What is Fairchild's return policy?

If you wish to return merchandise, we are more than happy to accommodate you within 7 (seven) working days from the date of arrival of the shipment. However, if the item should be a custom order, the return policy does not apply. Before you return the merchandise, please review the return merchandise card enclosed with your delivered package and contact us either by e-mail or our toll free number 800-773-8123.
